My plaster master, Tim, marched enthusiastically across the field to report that we had reached a major milestone: no more exposed blox on the exterior. So, there you go neighbors. You can finally appreciate what the exterior will sort-of look like. Two of the plaster walls have received their final lime-wash coats and look sparkly white. Maybe a bit too white. Maybe. We’ll see. The other walls will be finished over the next two weeks. Then, the work inside starts. Here’s the latest photos.
Some other updates you’ll notice: doors are mostly installed. Windows are all in. The big, beautiful sliding patio doors were transported from their storage location (leaning against our barn) to their final resting places. They are gleaming.
